Pixel Engine
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
v 0.4.0
MULTIPLAYER! Yep, finally added, though super buggy, to connect, go to the bottom right, press the multiplayer button, and in the panel enter in the exact same things that the host has. Then, make a new canvas at the top left, make sure the size is the same, and it should work!
Note: You can't connect with people who have different versions.
Hey! This is a game is currently super work in progress and changing constantly, it used to be about a duck and fishing, but currently I don't have any of that anymore, and plan to make it into something much different, so for now, it's just a very simplistic pixel art program!
Here's some controls:
LMB to move duck, click on water to make him fish! RMB while fishing cancels the fishing, RMB while an item is on the line and you'll catch it. (They don't do much of anything right now..)
Added Layers And Palettes! So now you can swap between them simply by clicking, pressing the layers 'plus button' will add a new one, and double clicking you can rename them. Currently the opacity/alpha doesn't work, but the color palette selection works nearly the exact same as the layers do, however only with HSV color selection at the moment.
(Note: Very similar to Aseprite!)
B-Brush, E-Eraser, hold alt for color picker.
LMB-Brush paints, Eraser erases, color picker selects color, currently only on the terrain layer.
Ctrl/Command + Scrollwheel-Sizes up/down brush/eraser size.
Scrollwheel-Zoom, Middle Mouse-Moves canvas.
Ctrl/Command + Z-Undo's
Ctrl/Command + Shift + Z OR Ctrl + Y-Redo's
